I'm so glad the ad for this business popped up on my instagram feed! the second I saw Coach Amie on the post, I knew to sign up.I truly appreciate her skill and encouragement. I was trained by Coach Amie years ago and felt so excited to get back to work! Then and now, I’m so inspired and empowered coming to the sessions! Amie truly has a gift! She IS a gift! Coming to her session and joining her program has IMMEDIATELY, positively affected me mentally and physically. I encourage everyone to jump on this train!!The trainings will not disappoint! Fortified Fitness is a great place to get in shape or maintain your fitness! Coach Amie keeps the workouts fun and challenging! What I appreciate most is that she encourages proper form over everything! She wants you to do the exercises correctly so that you don’t get hurt. The bonus with a gym like this is that everyone gets to know and enjoy each other. It truly is a great place! All of the coaches are knowledgeable and they all want to see you succeed!
