I worked specifically with Kamaile, and she has been beyond wonderful- I’ve had a few hiccups with my flooring (I had plumbing issues and had to reorder replacement flooring, a few times) - and she has been able to get my orders done and able for pickup quickly. She was also helpful when I had issues with a bad install (not prosource installers). Highly recommend Prosource and Kamaile. “I just wanted to give this company a 5 star review for their honest business practice. I had contracted them to do my garage and after they had done the power cleaning and prepping they discovered extensive crack damage due to moisture problems that wasn't not visible during the estimate analysis due to the heavy oil and other chemical stains from previous owners. After the discovery, he did not recommend putting the epoxy because of the risk of the moisture damaging the epoxy and eventually wasting my money. They didn't charge me for the labor work of cleaning the concrete as we both didn't see the extensive cracks under the junk and even suggested an alternative that actually saves me more.

While I can't give you a review on the epoxy work and quality I can at least give you knowledge that if you work with them you are working with an honest company, which is a huge consideration when you research. Thanks James for the great customer service from answering all my questions during the estimate visit to caring about the service you do and not just getting paid. As a single mom on a budget I appreciate that. I know if we could do the epoxy, you guys would have done quality work.
