I scheduled an appointment with Bermet conveniently through text and she was very accommodating of my schedule! I booked for a 90 minute facial. The location was easy to find and the suite was so clean! It was decorated with a nice waiting area and I was offered light refreshments before my visit. I arrived 15 minutes early and was seen right away. The facial was amazing! It was my first time getting one so I didn't know what to expect but Bermet talked me through each step and how they would benefit my skin. She always made sure I was comfortable especially during the extractions. I've struggled with adult acne for 7 years and after my first visit, I have not had any new breakouts which is insane for me. We still have a long way to go but I am very excited to go back for my next visit with Bermet and will be booking regularly. She is sweet, gentle and knowledgeable.
