After being mislead by a previous car repair shop Moapa Valley, we called into Centennial VW yesterday afternoon and were greeted by Terron — a kind soul who was patient and willing to hear out our experience with our VW (and U-haul attachment) as we’ve been on the road from NJ to CA. He let us know we could come in to get a road ready check for the next day. He made sure his technicians were very attentive to our Tiguan so we can safely get back on the road by tomorrow. We are very grateful for Terron, his honesty and willingness to squeeze us in last minute. With grace too. Thank you Terron and Centennial VW!

I had a so so experience at the Henderson branch, so I decided to try the one in Summerlin… Bad idea! When I was at the Henderson Branch, they kept me up to date with the 10k miles service, they took pictures of what the checked and changed, and kept me updated with everything they were doing, in contrast with the Summerlin branch, I never got updated of anything I never got evidence of what they checked and what they changed (air filter, brake pads, tire check, etc) nothing at all. My car app still says that I need that 20k miles service done. So, I’m even more disappointed.

We enjoyed working with Diego. He was pleasant, helpful, patient and I think gave us a good deal on our Ford Escape. The actual buying process was fine. I appreciate that dealerships no longer squirrel customers away in those little offices. Five stars to Diego. I was a reluctant car buyer. My Hyundai was broken into, badly jacked up and sadly, totaled. It had low miles, no mechanical issues and I would've happily drove it another five years. Where our experience fell flat was the day we came back to pay for and pick up the vehicle. Rachel quickly processed our payment. Then, we waited at least 90 minutes for people to "wash and get it ready." Problem... read full review
