This weekend, my daughter purchased her first car, and I can't say enough about how fantastic Dallas and Nick were. Words can hardly capture the level of service they provided. They were incredibly patient and took the time to answer all of our questions. We truly felt listened to throughout the process. Unlike my past experiences with other dealerships, there was never any pressure to buy a car that my daughter couldn't afford. After being mislead by a previous car repair shop Moapa Valley, we called into Centennial VW yesterday afternoon and were greeted by Terron — a kind soul who was patient and willing to hear out our experience with our VW (and U-haul attachment) as we’ve been on the road from NJ to CA. He let us know we could come in to get a road ready check for the next day. He made sure his technicians were very attentive to our Tiguan so we can safely get back on the road by tomorrow. We are very grateful for Terron, his honesty and willingness to squeeze us in last minute. With grace too. Thank you Terron and Centennial VW!
