I highly recommend Nelly for anyone considering getting permanent makeup done. I had my eyeliner done by her today and am very happy with the results. Nelly is a sweet Ukrainian lady and is fluent in English. She is an artist who is very skilled in what she does. It was a pleasure meeting her, and I will definitely be back.

I can not say enough good things about Nelly!!! She is professional, caring and very meticulous, kind, experienced, making sure that all is even and she takes her time and is concerned that you are doing ok, very talented!!! I had my Eyebrows and my upper and lower eyeliner done. I would recommend Nelly hands down...l have had my Eyebrows done twice before and never had the care that Nelly took to be sure they were even and l am very happy with them. I would recommend her every day of the week!!!

Nelly is the only person I will let touch my permanent makeup. I've been going to her for years starting in Los Gatos, Ca. I now fly to Vegas every few years for her services, she's THAT good! She does subtle work and really listens to me!
