I have used Elite for many years providing summer and winter maintenance. After 16 years my AC units stopped working. Called Elite (Alan F.) this morning and explained the situation. Alan was at my house within the hour with a quote and full explanation of what they would be doing. The pricing was fair and the replacement work will be performed tomorrow morning. I am sure that the installation will go well and the company will continue to provide excellent and professional service. Thanks to Alan and team!!
Elite Plumbing came out, the same day I called, to install a new hot water heater which broke that morning. Jesus Martinez was prompt courteous pleasant but most of all his work ethic was superb. Elite Plumbing and Jesus Martinez went beyond the norm in providing quality service coupled with excellent customer service and that’s why I would recommend them if you should ever have a problem.
With summer just around the corner and the fact that my home AC system died at the end of summer last I figured I’d better replace that old dependable AC unit of 36 years before Elite AC got to busy to accommodate my wishes in a timely manner. I had seen an ad for this company somewhere online, looked them up and filled out a questionnaire, soon followed by a response and within a couple of hours I had a tech at my door named “J” A very congenial tech/rep, he looked at my broken AC unit, walked me through my needs, offered a terrific estimate and saved me more money than an estimate I had received only 24hrs. earlier from a competitor.
