Tyrone let me know that they were running a promotion and I could get my glass repaired $50 cheaper than when I was going to pay and then two hours!! and this was for my nine year old grandson who plays every day, time of the essence!! Anyway, when I gave it back to my grandson fully fixed, he looked at it and said oh my God it's like brand new again !! They also have a warranty they guarantee all their work . “Always great service and quality work. We've taken our computer in a few times for software updates when our computer decided to stop functioning. Both times the work was completed the same day with a fair price and have had no issues since. Yesterday, I took my tablet in to see if they could diagnose the issue - Shon was the technician - he spent about 20 minutes trying to find a solution. He determined that my issue was with my cable provider and gave several suggestions on how to resolve the issue. So, two thumbs up for Shon - awesome customer service.
