Please save yourself the pain by not using this disorganized operation. We called them to get someone out for a roof repair and after supplying all of our information, when I didn't get a call, I contacted them again, I asked them when they would be out and my response was, who did you talk to? And then, " can I have your email so we can send out some information? We have a leak, we need it fixed, we don't need your email or your lame service, good grief.
