visiting nurse service. began fine but as time went on visits got stretched a month became a month and a half in home therapy got cancelled without notice and fighting to get it back came with lies about coverage and forms they said do not exist but the Medicare website says otherwise I've had a catheter and changes became less frequent and days before supplies or persons came to correct problems phone calls and messages were not returned for days and then a week poor communication and client service

The physical therapist and nurse I had were great! Now that I have finished my physical therapy with Dynamic Home Health Care, I received my bill. I called the office to pay and was placed on hold. Only to be told when the lady assisting me came back on the line to tell me they will call me back. I'm waiting and no response. I'm not happy with this company. More needs to be done for better customer service.

We had a couple of outstanding caregivers but overall, mediocre care and scheduling issues with the office, sometimes double booking caregivers. But our biggest complaint is how poorly these caregivers are paid. We had 24/7 care that cost $4,000 a week. Our caregivers were paid $15 an hour. Very disappointing. Additionally, when my husband passed away, we never so much as received a sympathy card from them. Even his Doctor sent a floral arrangement . Not a big complaint I know, but I think it speaks to the professionalism of this company.
