However, some guests have experienced issues with the blowout quality and added treatments, noting that curls may not always meet expectations and that communication about services could improve. I had a great experience while visiting the Drybar inside the Cosmopolitan. Their set up is fun and unique in comparison to a regular salon. They had a live DJ / DJ booth in the corner right by the front entrance. Next to that sits the bar with their own personalized cocktail menu which also features a variety of mocktails for those who don't drink. I had their variation of a Mai Tai which had dragon berry rum, blue curacao and a splash of coconut. Sylvia was my bartender and she was awesome. She greeted me immediately upon arrival, made some helpful recommendations and she was fast paced with intentional effort and excellent attention to detail. She was friendly while...read full review
I ordered a Scalp Massage Treatment add-on with my blowout and didn't receive the treatment. When I let the person at the register know, she spoke to the person who did my blowout and came back saying she applied a Crown Tonic treatment instead (no scalp massage). I was not aware this would happen. The treatment costed me $25 while the Scalp massage was $15. I did not ask for this and the person ringing me up didn't do anything about it, which left me even more dissatisfied. I would've appreciated some honesty from the person who did my hair, at least saying "I'm sorry, I didn't see a Scalp massage treatment was added to your blow out" or something similar.

This was my second time here. Last time was so different. It wasn't the stylist, she was awesome. Listened and was kind. I tipped her in cash cause she was so nice. It was the wait and the feel of being discriminated against based on the way I look. I wasn't dressed bad, cute linen top and jean shorts. I don't fit a Vegas girl profile. Not skinny and no makeup. Coffee and water instead of a drink in hand. I made the appointment because we're in town for our 11 year anniversary. I wanted a little treat for myself. It took them almost 30 minutes to let me know they were running behind. I watched everyone after me who checked be notified they were running behind and offered a cocktail. Me not an offer or real acknowledgement for my patience. I almost started to cry at the wash bowl thinking about how I should have felt and yet felt sitting there. I have been on both sides of the spectrum in my life when it comes to fitness apparently last time I was more the acceptable profile. I wish they seemed to l to treat everyone equally who was paying for the service. I won't be back again. I kept it at 2 stars cause of the stylist not the management.
