So first and foremost I tried making an appointment to get my hair braided but the lady that braids hair is right out rude. Left me on read since Tuesday and ignored me for absolutely no reason. Won’t be doing business here at all.

When I first called, I spoke to Maria and I explained to her what We had in mind for my daughter's and how important it was that the stylist she booked for us has experience with curly hair. She was on it! She needed to check with a stylist and their availability, that she had in mind and would call me back to confirm. Maria called back within 15-30mins to finalize the appointment and confirmed us with Ty. She let me know that Ty would then reach out to me for pictures of my daughter's hair and the style we wanted. When she did, Ty was not discouraged by the amount of hair my daughter had (which happens a lot). Arriving at the salon Ty was ready to go, she explained everythingggggg. She also suggested what she felt would be the best way to achieve the look we were going for without comprising her hair. If that doesn't say enough... Idk what to say! This lady is heaven-sent. My daughter felt extremely comfortable and that to me is equally important. Ty knows what she's doing and she does it well. I highly recommend Ty and Dolce salon. We look forward to going back and getting a few of the things Ty recommended for my daughter's maintenance, OH and I cannot forget to mention she cut my daughter's curly bangs to perfection! If you want a true eclectic experience, come to dolce. Although I prefer one stylist, Kayla, she is great. I observe all of the other stylist in the salon while I am sitting in the chair and cannot believe the amazing hair styles and designs they do! A truly artistic salon, I recommend you try them!
