Dial Carpet Cleaning exceeded my expectations. Pick up and drop off made the experience seamless. They are the only business in town with an automatic rug cleaning machine, so no long hours of dry time at home. Cleaned up puppy the best they could. Mild stains remain but no odor left behind. Jose was prompt, communicative, and super quick! Our couch was a floor model at Costco and it was so sad looking. ? But we only paid $300 to buy it so a $119 cleaning sounded great. I wish I had taken a before picture because it looks like a completely different couch now. He let us know that color doesn’t come out, which makes sense. But I wasn’t expecting everything else to disappear as well as it did. We are super happy with our interaction with Dial Carpet and Jose our technician.
