I called Dial Carpet hoping to get help with a mattress ASAP. Christina answered the call promptly very close to their end of day and she was beyond pleasant, very helpful with her knowledge of the products as well. I didn’t expect to get service for at least a week but to my surprise she was able to send a tech out the next morning. That’s when Jose arrived. This gentleman was punctual and professional through and through, very accommodating with the services provided, and wasted no time to get the job done efficiently. I will definitely be calling for future mattress and carpet cleaning services, I will definitely request Jose again for his hard work ethic and professionalism.

Amazing!!!!! I am so happy with how everything looks!!! I had two bedrooms, a small hallway, stairs and a couple couches cleaned and let me tell Jesus did an amazing job !!! Everything looks so clean!!! Better than brand new !!! I highly highly recommend using them !

Jose, the technician, was super friendly and professional. The operator, Christina, was super on-the-ball and helpful and awesome. And the company saved me so much money. Other companies said I would need to redo my entire carpet due to the pet damage, avg cost $2,000. Dial Carpet just repaired the pet damage and total cost was $200! Unbelievable.
