Desert Flower has been coming to clean my house for the past six months and I absolutely love them. Very friendly crew who does a great job 100% of the time. If I ever have any questions or need anything extra, the owner is helpful. I love the little touches they add to things like adding flowers to the tissue and paper towel rolls.

I was a loyal customer for over 3 years. Recently, when I provided feedback on my cleaning service, my rate increased $60. When I first hired Desert Flower, they were exceptional however, over time, the service deteriorated. When I asked the owner if the price increase was negotiable, the answer was no. Over the years, the company constantly asked to change my day and/or time of service and I was always accommodating. I have since found another company to fulfill my needs but it just saddened me that being a loyal customer for over three years did not mean a thing at the end.

This is the first time I actually looked up cleaning services for my home. When I ran into Desert Flower Cleaning Services I met a very kind individual by the name of Eduardo. When speaking to him about estimates of different cleaning services/pricing/scheduling he informed me of various options. I wanted to go with a once a month deep cleaning service just because of the convenience factor. After my first cleaning, 3 wonderful ladies named Claudia/Damari/Graciela came in and were very friendly and quickly started working. As someone that cooks a lot, I was very shocked on how clean the inside of my oven could be. Couldn't be happier with the service to detail in the deep cleaning I wanted for my home.
