Came here looking to initially match existing kitchen tile as I was led to believe the current one was unavailable. Erin, one of the store associates, was a big help! She looked into the stock and though the product was discontinued, she was able to order from the remaining leftover stock. Very friendly and helpful. Saved us a big headache in the long run!
Long overdue review. My husband and I visited Daltile because our builder is using them for all the stone and quartz selections. We were pleased from the time we walk through their doors and interacting with all the employees, all to the end as we walked out of the store. Shout out to Morgan and Miguel in the back where all the the natural stones are. They were both so very knowledgeable, helpful, and super patient with us. They both took the time to educate us and even provided some things to think about when we pick a type of granite. The granite we were deciding on for our home was not available in their Las Vegas warehouse to preview just to get an idea of what Mother Nature is putting out currently before we finalized our decision with the builder. Morgan was very helpful and was able to get photos of the bianco antico around the surrounding states so we could request the one we want to be transferred here. It took a few weeks, but Morgan never forgot about us which I was worried about. We finally decided on a slab and completed the paperwork for our builder! We will be stopping by in the future for our flooring options as well! Can't wait to do business with them again. We were even able to get some granite samples.
Our new master suite with included a new shower, vanity and tile floor is getting a fresh modern look after 50 years. I had a major problem trying to get a counter made for my high gloss gray floating vanity. So happy I found out Daltile will sell me a 1/3 slab to give to a fabricator to custom fit the vanity. The warehouse is awesome with beautiful slabs of all kinds and I walked out with 4 samples in about 20 minutes. Also the team was helpful with new products to clean and seal my quartz kitchen counter to keep the shine (Lavender-Verbena by More ). Must admit I enjoyed it so much, I wish I wasn't retired and could join the team! Fingers crossed the fabricator will be available. Yes, I recommend this team as they made my day. Judy F.
