This alteration place is one of the best place in town in terms of quality. They charge decent base on the quality of service they provide. Definitely not lazy nor rude. I happen to witness a customer being rude and disrespectful despite her saying she been a customer for years. I thought she handled it professionally, staying calm and collected. I have 6 set of suits altered by them. Best quality. Fits perfectly according to your body type. I recommend it.

I can't say enough positive things about Crown Cleaners & Alterations. When I have dry cleaning done, the price is lower than most places, and my clothes always look nice when I pick them up. There's also never that chemical smell that you get from some dry cleaners. We recently had an emergency that we needed my daughter's dress hemmed for my son's wedding. Even though Susan was extremely busy, and it was a difficult job because of the material and the way that the dress was cut, Susan saved the day by getting it done in record time. It was an expensive dress, and when we picked it up, you couldn't even tell it had been hemmed. Susan is an excellent seamstress. They are always kind, friendly and professional. I've lived in this town for over 40 years and I'm so happy that I have finally found a dry cleaner I can trust.

I've dropped off Clothing & Bedding and Crown did a great job- they were efficient and affordable. Customer service is wonderful as well, the owners are always there and ready to offer a helping hand.
