I took my mother in law for an eye exam here for convenience. Unlike a normal doctor office one plus is you can browse around costco while waiting :) For a small office, it is very busy! The front desk assistant, Stephanie was very sweet and patient with my mother in law. The wait was minimal and no different than any other office. What I found impressive was the thoroughness of Dr. Le and unlike other experiences how well he explained her exam to her. It may not be a fancy office, but I found it to be quick, convenient and worth the price. He is a really great doctor. I even snuck a few photos...she hadn't been to the eye doctor in years!

Fantastic customer service. My wife had a problem with her glasses/purchase. They looked into the problem, apologized for the problem and replaced the defective pair with a new pair at no charge. I had a similar issue with a pair of reading glasses at Optic Gallery next to Sportsman’s Warehouse and the jerks refused to fix the problem of my lenses continuing to pop out from the Day I Bought Them! Once I paid, the problem was all mine and mine alone.I will only go to Costco Optical now, they treat people ten times better than the opticians office I visited does. Well, done, Costco!

I had a really good experience and got my prescriptions (contact and glasses) on my way out with no issues. The price was very good as well which is important since I have no vision insurance.
