What a bunch of incompetent employees. Never acknowledge you or greeted stood there waiting for 30 minutes. Costco should retrain there employees in customer service. Kudos to Janny who finally helped me out. I will never go back here again. I will file a complaint to head quarters. Everyone should be treated with respect.

Could barely get two words from the grouchy older employee. I had a prescription from the optical office next door, and wanted to get glasses, but I was obviously interrupting his day.

Other employees seemed to sitting around web surfing. Take your business elsewhere.

For the optical office - they are great! Wish I could review them separately.

Went to pick up my glasses, tried them on and they were extremely tight. I let the woman at the counter know, who then proceeded to bend my brand new glasses in all sorts of ways, getting her fingerprints all over both lens. I asked her if that was how they normally adjusted them and if they could be cleaned again, seeing as her fingerprints were all over them, and she was very rude to me. When I wear the glasses now, they are still very tight and the pantoscopic tilt is way too severe, giving me massive headaches. Trying to get them adjusted at Costco again because these should be fixed free of charge... Hopefully will not be served by the same person.
