Be aware if this con artist. The biggest liar, lazy, talks non stop, threatens, etc. A few days engineer wood floors( I thought they were real wood as we've been told when purchasing our home) needed to be sanded and polished. Jesse claimed to be professional, knowledgeable contractor, but in reality he doesn't known anything nor has a great work ethics. Technically, engineer floors are same as a hard wood. I've googled it. Our invoice started around $3000, then came to $8000 plus change, my husband purchased buffing disks worth nearly $1000. Then he changed it to $20000 after I've fired him. Please be aware of Jesse. He is the biggest liar.He promised to refinish our laminate floors (although I've found out later that laminate floors can not be neither buffed nor sanded). He claims to be the only contractor in Vegas with actual experience but it's a total false. Not only that he ruined our floors, he was rude, always late ( starting job around 10:30 am), brought his son to our house, smoked in garage, had an oil leak in both garage and drive way, blasted air conditioning with windows wide open and, pardon urinate in the floor in the powder room, like he was actually trying to aim the floors rather than the toilet. 6 days job turned into 2 weeks and we had to fire him. I am attaching the picture of the floors when he stated that the floors are almost done and will be finished next day. The original color was chocolate brown and he promised to make them look oak/gray. You could clearly see that there are nowhere near that. Also, I will not attaching a picture, but his son left crumbs all over the upstairs bedroom and just like his father never flushed the toilet while going number 1 and number 2. Disgusting individual that talks bs non stop. He started his quote with $3100, then few days later increased it to $500, then to $8300, then asked my husband to purchase a polishing disks totaling $981 while creating excuses for how difficult the floors are. Please do not hire him. He ruins everything!! We ended up putting a new floors. This guy is a SCAM! I am adding additional proof of this scammer.The start day is September 5th and the day I've fired him September 18th.

Jesse was referred by a previous costumer who had work done, i had a 2100 sq ft job for him, overall the expectation was met and pricing was fair and job was started on schedule and completed ahead of due date. I would recommend Jesse but I also recommend shopping around, Most companies are not giving the level of even basic customer service and lackluster work But hefty price tags.
