Great service from Nigel and Hubert today. Very professional and knowledgeable. Not pushy and had a great attitude. They recommended couple of items that are supposed to be changed.. Really expert service and application.
I'm very pleased with the service I received from Comfort Masters. My main A/C unit stopped working just as it was getting hot in Las Vegas. Upon a friend's recommendation I called Comfort Masters and they scheduled a technician for the next morning. Jaime arrived at the scheduled time and diagnosed the problem as a blower fan failure. We discussed repair options and the blower fan could have been replaced the next day. However, based upon the age and condition of the A/C system, I wanted options on replacing the entire system. I had an emergency with no A/C in July 20th and guests coming in from out of town late night. Called Comfort Masters and they sent Jaime to check it out. He fixed everything and he was so pleasant to deal with. Great company with great service and Jaime was great.
