Bad customer service. My parents both went in on a Sunday afternoon as a walk in. My parents both listed themselves down. When it was going to be my dad’s turn, someone else walked in and the hairstylist took them first over my dad. The reason being because they come from far away and had called ahead. My dad has been told before that they DONT take phone appointments anymore yet the hairstylist did the OPPOSITE. Very unprofessional and don’t have set rules for their establishment. Now when it was about to be my mom’s turn same thing happens to her. Another person came in because they had called ahead supposedly. Please be set with your guidelines. They need to work in customer service. Be attentive when the customer enters the door, immediately say hello and ask how they can help since this location offers several services. My experience was seeing clients come in and not give them the importance they deserve.
