Due to the desire to be closer & "hands on" with a real "brick & mortar" financial investment firm? I ventured forth several years ago relocating here to Summerlin, Las Vegas, in seeking this type of service. I have been very satisfied with the firm; particularly with the women on staff who have each helped me in the past to get squared away and "look down the road of life" in determing financial choices. last week I drove my parents to the N. Town Center office. As my parents are in their 80s, I am of course protective. I was to say the least, amazed at the attention and help they received from Tori Obermiller. She was extremely professional and asked enough questions to understand the changes they really wanted to make to their accounts. She went above and beyond in my opinion and demonstrated what real customer service should be like. I am very impressed with Charles Schwab and very grateful to Tori for treating my parents in the manner she did. Thank You
