I had a great experience. I saw them in December 2023 due to a work related injury. The office was accommodating when it came to scheduling and the customer service was 10/10. They do not waste time and the provider was a good listener.

The front desk females, where we go to sign in, were very nice!I had to go up there and get my regular physical for a new job.I went to the back to do the eye exam, I couldn't see further down, where the nurse told me to stand in the hallway.I was able to see the bigger letters but was having a hard time with some of the smaller letters.So then when the female doctor came in to see me after I completed the physical. She took my breathing and my heart exam.Then after it was over.She said good luck with the job. Dr. Klausner immediately identified a problem with my rotator cuff in my left shoulder and within a few visits my shoulder injury was healed. Couldn't be happier. I was worried my injury was going to be permenant.
