We have taken our dogs to Centennial Hills since we moved here in 2018. We have always had great doctors and staff greeting us and help take care of our babies. We have taken them for well visits and sick visits and boarded them there. Never a complaint, ever, except maybe that they always put you on a long hold if you call. I brought my cat Oliver in to his regular vet, panicked because he was throwing up and not eating (I had already taken him to the ER Vet but their prescribed antibiotics weren't working). Their vet wasn't in, so they referred me to Centennial Hills. Everyone at CH was so kind - they saw me quickly, took an X-Ray and found a blockage, got him into surgery, and I picked him up the next day. They gave a lot of phone call updates throughout his stay, and they were very understanding and efficient. Photo of Oliver in his onesie post-surgery!
The people here are very nice. I took my dog to get surgery because he swallowed a toy and they made sure to call me before and after his surgery, which I really appreciated. They also emailed me the X-rays which I also appreciated. However, for his follow up, I made an appointment and quickly learned that appointments don't mean anything here. All of the walk-ins before him got into rooms and we waited 40 minutes to finally go back into the room to get his stitches checked. But the doctor came in just a few minutes later. Overall very nice people, and a pretty nice hospital, just don't bother making an appointment because that time doesn't mean anything.
