Thankfully I gave Castillo Towing a call because he came out to us within 30 mins at 5am today. We pray we don’t run into this situation ever again but if we do I’ll be calling again for the lowest rates, urgent response and friendly/helpful advice. Give Castillo Towing a call if you run into any towing issues. THANK YOU!!
Excellent service and kindness, unfortunately they could not transport our car from Las Vegas to Los Angeles but they were in charge of calling another company to provide us with this service, while we were stranded in the middle of the freeway and it was not enough to help us in this way. They later contacted us to confirm that we were okay and that we had received help. Excellent human beings and professionals.
In one of the most needing and trying times with my car, a wonderful couple pulled up when I called Castillo Towing. They were supremely helpful and even brought sand to clean up a massive oil spill from my car. They are now my go to towing service, even above AAA! Thank you, Castillo Towing!
