Needed a loan after getting settled into the city to get me by. Moving is expensive. Kathy was so knowledgeable in her job and actually shared that she had just moved too. It was nice to be able to relate to someone because its exhausting. Everyone there greeted me at the door, and that caught me off guard, but I guess it's their thing.

Zawadee is absolutely amazing in delivering excellent customer service skills. He has now become my FAVORITE CASH 1 REPRESENTATIVE. Compassion is needed when a customer is going through financial difficulties because you really never know what has placed them in that financial difficulty. Zawadee went above and beyond to deliver exceptional customer service. HeHis patience was amicable and forebearing. My boyfriend & I needed a loan to move into our new apartment & Kathy did her magic & got us both approved. She really saved us cause we needed to move that day, we really appreciate her. She was very friendly & professional. Kathy keep up the good job & thanks again. Highly recommend going to Kathy for your loans ?
