Carpets galore is nothing short of first class for sales and service of my flooring needs. The staff is friendly and courteous. I asked for next day installation and it was not a problem. Their in stock selection is amazing.

UPDATE 8/26/24:
We lost our beautiful home 2 years in a fire and had just recently replaced the flooring using Carpets Galore. They were so good, we decided to go back when we purchased our new home. This time we worked with a new sales person, Jaime Ortiz as well as the owner, Gregg. They didn’t disappoint this time either, Everything went smoothly, from the in-home estimate to the install. My installers, Jaime and Carlos are sweet guys who work very efficiently and quickly! They don’t stop until the job is done correctly!
