Everyone on the team at this location is truly amazing, and I'm so thankful to have insurance that is accepted at CareNow. I'm really thankful for the care that I've received at your practice, each time that I have been sick or injured. The team who treated me tonight are rockstars! NP Poindexter has incredibly caring bedside manner, the radiology technician was so kind and prompt, and the MA was also gentle and wonderful! Thank you to the PAs and team who have helped me here before tonight, because they were very kind and professional as well. If I could give more than five stars, I would!
Made an appt online they scheduled my appt within 20 mins, I was able to fill out all forms online so when I arrived I had already skipped the paperwork process. I checked in & sat for about 15 mins until they called me back. Dr came right in and seen me. My whole Visit was approximately 30 mins. Good fast convenient service.
During my visit to the USA, I experienced an emergency and sought care at this clinic.
I'm very glad I chose this place. The staff were wonderful — patient, professional and dedicated. They went the extra mile to help me, and I appreciate it a lot.
