First off when i went to drop my jeans off on a Saturday morning the gentleman was rude.. i overlooked it because i was just in a good mood that morning. All i was asking for was the jeans to be pressed with Military creases. I was told they would be ready by Tue. then he changed and said by Wed. I felt that was a little long but what ever. I work during his business hours thru the week so advised him i will have to pick up the following Saturday, so no rush and i went on about my day. What i got back is seen in the pictures. I've seen better ironing jobs and creases in prison with no iron and a bunk bed.

I've been going to CC Cleaners since I moved to Summerlin in 2012. I have nothing but positive experience to share about with you. I am always happy with the service, and incredibly friendly staff. I recommend going to CC Cleaners simply because I trust their work, and prices are reasonable.

I took about 12 pieces of dry cleaning in about 2 weeks ago. I specifically told the man working there to "dry clean" them. He even asked about one of my button up shirts, if I wanted it "laundered" I emphatically said, NO. Well, I picked everything up. A week later I went to put on one of the 4 polos I had cleaned, It turned out they "laundered" it had been drunk so small, I could barely get it on, the polo was brand new, I'd never worn it. When I went back the following day, I was told a bunch of excuses, like it wasn't an XXL. I was finally given the phone to talk to someone who ask, how did I know it was laundered? I said it had a different color paper tag than the rest of my items. I was then told to leave my number that someone would call me back. No one ever called me. They were expensive, designer polos. I also know not to launder them as I work for the company that made them. All in all, a horrible, unprofessional experience. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CLOTHING HERE.
