I have 2 cases with Mr. Javier Arguello and his assistant Patti. I understand people can be upset and do complaints.....but we need to have some patience....Personal experience...Every time I text them, they responded me same day or worse case scenario 6 am next day. Mr Javier A+..... My cases are not done yet but so far Mr Javier and Ms Patti......respectfully and professionalism 100%.Ms Patti on top of that 110 % patience.I am like that kind....I ask and call to understand the situation many times and never have a bad answer from her.. I have to give that %.THANK YOU SO MUCH...congratulation to the entire company
