12/10 recommend. received Lexus dealer level luxury service but better. Got my car in same day, open 7 days a week, provided us with shuttle service. I'm advised they do offer loaner car if needed. Fantastic warranty. Incredibly impressed with the digital communication. Instantaneously once the diagnostic was completed I had a text to my phone with the full diagnostic report recommendations report diagnostic test results and a link to photos and videos. I’m really grateful for this shop. They took the time to do a thorough, deep diagnostic instead of guessing or trying to sell me unnecessary repairs. They actually listened to what my car was doing, explained everything clearly, and found the real problem that other places missed. Super Honest, knowledgeable, and patient, exactly what you want when you’re stressed about your car. I finally feel confident about what needs to be fixed and why. Highly recommend if you want straight answers and quality work.
My wife helped an out-of-state friend find a good local mechanic, and she took the car to Auto Dynamic Services. Jorge at ADS is extremely helpful and accommodating.
The work was often completed before the estimated time, and the pricing was better than the estimates at the dealership. Jorge was upfront and honest about the cost of the repairs, and offered great advice as to what was a necessary repair and what was simply cosmetic.
Jorge even helped our friend get an additional key fob for his car that the dealership would not provide.
