Ariat Roofing (father & son) came out to do our estimate and were very thorough and helpful. Estimate included pictures to show us where the issues were. The estimate was exactly what they charged, nothing hidden, and they even helped to put a vent cover on that the original builder didn't install. The first rain came after they did the repair and their repair worked. Very happy with their services, from estimate to billing!

I needed to replace the roof on my 25 year old Vegas house. Roof type was cement S tile.
Price: Ariat came in 50% below another quote I got in the Valley
Scheduling: They had the crew work my job until it was done. This is always important to me so there is no breaks in the job or folks who know what has been done so far.
Craftsmanship: I know their crew did a good job because I had my roof replaced on one of the only weeks of the year it rained a lot here. Ariat Roofing customer service is top notch, I received an estimate for my roof tiles that were damaged by the solar company! I needed them replaced and repaired before escrow closed! The solar company ghosted us! I called Ariat came out and gave me a bid! The solar company finally came out and fixed the tile but didn’t provide the necessary paperwork for the escrow! I put a call into Aaron the Property Manager and he had his team go over and get photos and the paperwork I needed to closed! Great company I will definitely refer others to them!
