I walked out. I paid upfront for a three treatment package deal. First, I didn't like how I had to wait out in a common waiting area with stuff on my face, I felt exposed like everyone knew; there's no privacy. I had one treatment. I went back for my second treatment but only to walk out after waiting about 15 minutes. The place seemed chaotic and unorganized plus, I really didn't feel like sitting and waiting with numbing ointment on my face in front of everyone again. I like to get a series of IPL every fall to keep my hyperpigmentation at bay and Daphne is by far the best technician I've had. Aside from being a wealth of knowledge, she is a delight to work with and great at setting the right expectation for your results. I will be returning to her for future treatments.

Dr. Leo Capobianco is seriously one of the best doctors in town. Knowledgeable in so many aspects of the body and face. Daphne is also quite amazing. She's very knowledgeable as well, kind, and patient. Great place, great results, great prices also.
