so happy they let me go from this company i work at different security company and they are way way better then here and rated 5 star they treat us great.

Absolutely horrible customer service. Find someone else, we did!

All in all my experience with Alarmco started out very good and it is going downhill since. I find their office staff lacking and unresponsive. After leaving a message for something not working and expecting a callback I typically will not get one, and the problem remains unsolved. What I'd really like to do is jump ship and leave these people, but it may be just too difficult trying to untangle and undo everything to start out fresh and new with a new company. I can tell you it will start out pretty, but my experience says that pretty fades fast.
