    All in all my experience with Alarmco started out very good and it is going downhill since. I find their office staff lacking and unresponsive. After leaving a message for something not working and expecting a callback I typically will not get one, and the problem remains unsolved. What I'd really like to do is jump ship and leave these people, but it may be just too difficult trying to untangle and undo everything to start out fresh and new with a new company. I can tell you it will start out pretty, but my experience says that pretty fades fast.

    A local Las Vegas company that is still stuck in the 1970's. None of the Security products work with Smart Phones and App's. Don't bother using them. Old technology, equipment, poor customer support.

    Chris is the BEST!!! My alarm was accidentally set off by my senior mom while I was at work. My keypad froze up and she could not get it to shut off. I spoke to an operator who didn't seem to understand my mom couldn't get the alarm to shut off....(she did try to help) so I called Chris. He was sick and at home, but picked up his phone to help me. He spoke to Barbara who sent Rudy to the rescue!!! Rudy came to the house, shut off alarm for my mom who was panicked. Loud alarm for about 45-hour but I so much appreciate the whole team at Alarmco. Above and beyond even when short staffed. 10/10 would recommend!!
