So summer decided to finally show-up in Las Vegas (2023). I guess the heat was too much for our air conditioner to keep-up, and it quit on us just as the heat was turned-up to 11. We had used Air Zone previously, so I called them to see if they could help. I figured we'd have to live with the heat for a while with the sudden onset of the heat. Air Zone came out the next day and got us fixed-up quickly. It turns out that our capacitor had gone bad. Jacob and Adner diagnosed the issue quickly, and didn't try to upsell me on any new equipment. They did check my freon levels (and made sure I was changing my filters). AC stopped blowing cold air last night. They were able to squeeze us in today. Just replaced some parts, didn't upsell into changing our units. Glad to support a husband&wife/local business!
We have used Jacob Bailey and his excellent staff for two years, and their service, knowledge, and attention to detail are all exemplary. Our recent service is a case in point. One of our two AC units ceased functioning in late morning on Friday, 7/21. We called their office, spoke with the office manager, Brigette, who scheduled us for a service appointment for Saturday, 7/22, between 10:00 and 12:00. Jacob and his assistant showed up at 11:15, they diagnosed and repaired the problem and had our unit up and running perfectly by 12:10! Jacob us a native Las Vegan, as am I, and he has many years of experience - including having worked on our home when it was built in 1995.... read full review
