These guys have great reviews but I had a poor experience with them. AHS home warranty sent them due to my AC running hot. At 8:30am my house was at 80°F. The tech (Donovan Caruso) added a lb of coolant and said the unit is fine. 2 hours later it was 82° rising to 87°. I called their office and the lady said "In our eyes the job is complete and there are no mechanical failures" she added "Home warranty will never replace a unit and will continue put band aids on it, but we can sell you a new unit". I said I just want my house cool and if the job was done, my house wouldn't be 87°. She then told me to ask my home warranty for a second opinion.... read full review
Pro Master is a wonderful company to have to deal with. Made an appointment with them they were here the next day. I was having problems with my hot water heater and it was going into a holiday weekend. They fixed my hot water heater that day and didn't have to wait for parts or nothing. My first choice if you need air conditioning, hot water repair or heater I would call the first.
Got a AC unit Check up and cleaning for $59. Tech was really kind(Gabriel). Showed pictures and a video of my unit as he explained what he did. Said unit was in great condition, offered optional work that could be done but non necessary. (Which was nice because so many businesses try to push unnecessary services at you). Quick and easy.
