Always great service and quality work. We've taken our computer in a few times for software updates when our computer decided to stop functioning. Both times the work was completed the same day with a fair price and have had no issues since. Yesterday, I took my tablet in to see if they could diagnose the issue - Shon was the technician - he spent about 20 minutes trying to find a solution. He determined that my issue was with my cable provider and gave several suggestions on how to resolve the issue. So, two thumbs up for Shon - awesome customer service. Back in 2012-2014 I bought the best gaming laptop I could find for playing WoW away from home. Now years later I no longer play that game but the specs in the laptop are great and I found I could make it even better. I bought 2x8GB RAM sticks from Amazon but had neither the tool nor the experience of opening laptops so I called Affordable Tech Repair. Alex was awesome over the phone and said he would install the RAM for a mere $25 fee. I then decided to upgrade the hard drive as well while he had the case open, so I got a 1TB to replace the existing 250G drive. Needed a hard to find repair part and the kind fellow helped us immensely. We will be sure to come back for the repairs to our phones and pads. It is great to see an honest business.
