It's unfortunate that I have to give this company one star as their service was below average. I called the company first to consult by phone about my Canon 70D, I told them about my issue and they said to bring it in. I brought the camera in, talked with the owner face to face and asked him if he was confident about taking the job and he said yes. He promised 3-5 business days for it to be completed and they failed miserably. On top of keeping my camera for over a month and NEVER updating me on status, they sent my camera to another company without my consent or authorization and the problem I brought the camera in for still wasn't resolved. Working with them was a huge inconvenience and major disservice to my company. Horrible customer service and zero communication, I don't know how they stay in business. I highly recommend taking your business elsewhere.
