The masseuse, Michael was AMAZING! He has skilled hands that give both the gentleness and deep touches that one needs especially in areas of concern. He was very thorough and very patiently answered some of my questions when I would feel discomfort on some of my areas of concern. He is great and I recommend him to people who are in search for a good masseuse. The downfall for me was the front office or reception area ladies. The place is very clean and tranquil. I haven't had a massage in a while (over a year) so my back and shoulders were pretty jacked up. Of the 90min deep tissue, not all of the issues I talked about were full addressed. The cupping....it's a joke to say the least. They have the silicone ones which are ok but only like 5-6 went on my back. My sciatica problem area was barely touched, calves got a light once over. The concentration was on my back and shoulders which is totally fine but could we at least get all the damn knots out?! Wanted to update my previous review, perhaps not possible? Had trouble with shop's billing system. A manager did contact me and we were able to discuss my account & problems with resolving It. Shop does have unpublished email contact for mgr/owner and hopefully their corporate billing software will improve. Needs to remain easy conversation
