Got appointment with Active Plumbing within two hours of calling about my Luke warm "hot" water. Brandon, my service tech, called to let me know he would arrive in 10 minutes. He was very polite, personable & patient, & listened to my hot water heater issues without interruption. Brandon then flushed out my water heater, explaining what he was doing every step of the way. Then he noticed my pilot light was out & showed me how to relight. He then asked me a few questions about my hot water heater & suggested I get a magnesium anode rod to prolong the life of the heater. Brandon explained in detail what the benefits of the rod were. I called Active Plumbing & Air Conditioning this morning because we had a clogged toilet my trusty plunger and I could not clear. I was told a plumber would be at my home within an hour and, lo and behold, he was!!Now, I am a woman who has MUCH trouble with names. I'm going to say it was Brandon who showed up (I was told his name, which I repeated, more than once). Brandon took a look at my issue and was able to get the water flowing in no time at all. He was pleasant and professional. My entire experience with Active Plumbing was positive. I now have their number in my contacts and will be reaching out to them for all of my plumbing and HVAC needs.
Active Plumbing was fantastic! Quick response time and fixed my issue very fast. Tony was my service man and he was very thorough and resolved all my problems. I definitely recommend and will use them again in the future.
