My ac stop working in the middle of the night and Lance was so helpful and was the only one that answered me. He was efficient and he explained me and my husband with details what was the problem with our AC. His job was 1000/10. I will definitely save his contact for the future.
Lance is a great guy, truly honest and professional man. Our ac went out 3 days ago and we called the contractor(legacy air ?)that originally installed the unit and had done maintenance on it. We had an appointment for an emergency call out over the 4th of July weekend to be told we had an appointment on Monday for service and they were a no-show only to receive a text that they had to bump us to the next week sometime. Legacy air was very unprofessional, so I found Lance and said he would get right on it. He came over and serviced our ac unit and didn't even want to charge us. He is first class and he has earned our business and respect. Thanks Lance.
