Hire Them! Let me list in order what I feel is important when dealing with a business: 1. Knowledge - Wilson, Jose, David & Benjamin really know flooring and almost any problem area they came across, they solved it. 2. Personality/Friendliness - Everyone we dealt with was sincerely nice. 3. Timeliness - How about sitting in Wilson's office and he and his staff jointly filling in a calendar that suits you - and the floor was installed when that date came - took several days of course. Wilson, Waldo, Jay and the entire AAA team were so professional and responsive throughout the process. My stair rebuild/refloor was complicated and they did an outstanding job with incredible dedication to their craft. I love my new vinyl flooring and carpeting too. Highly recommend AAA!

A one stop shop for all your flooring needs. This store pretty much does it all, carpet, tile, countertops, cabinets and more. Lived in my house for over 20 years and it was time to do some renovations of the stairs but to also put new carpet in the upstairs and on the steps of the stairs. I also wanted to put new tile on the base of the staircase. AAA Tile did my carpeting and tile needs. Waldo has excellent customer service. He took the time to educate me in the difference between porcelain and ceramic tile. The differences in the grade of carpets they offer. He provided three estimates to meet my budget. The two installers for my carpet did an excellent job. They were professional, careful when moving my furniture from one room to another. Beautiful job putting the new carpet on the stairs. The stairs was renovated 1 week prior to the carpet installation. The installers were fantastic in not damaging my new staircase. Once the carpet was complete. The person who installed my tile at the base of the stairs did a great job as well. He was professional and answered our questions regarding how the tile was going to go around the new stair post and wood caps. Turned out beautiful. Once that was done, a third installer came to butt up the old carpet in the living room to the new tile. They did such an awesome job that you really can not tell my carpet in the living room is old. Waldo came for the start of each phase of this project to make sure the installers knew the exact instructions. I have found my store for my flooring needs and will definitely use them again.
