For about a week our refrigerator seemed to not be cooling correctly. I cleaned the coils but it didn't help. When the temperature hit 60+ degrees, I decided I needed help. I remembered a post on Nextodoor.com recommending Mike from AAA One Stop Appliance Service. It was almost 5pm on Saturday night, but I sent him a text, hoping to get in the queue for Monday. 5 minutes later I received a text from him asking what about the issue. 45 minute later he was at the house. He replaced the fan in the refrigerator compartment. This required taking a lot of pieces apart to get to it. He was efficient and cleaned up after he was done. Michael was courteous, professional and affordable as well as being a very nice person. I cannot recommend him highly enough. I will definitely be referring him to my friends for any appliance repair.
I first found Mike about a year ago when our dishwasher was leaking. He went above and beyond to find parts and fix our 17 year old appliance and while he was in my home; reset an out of line door on my wall oven. This year we decided to renovate our kitchen which meant all new appliances. Mike did an awesome job removing and installing a wall oven, microwave, dishwasher and cook top. Without checking properly we also bought a range hood that didn't fit the space it was going to go into; not enough room! Mike to the rescue!
