The HVAC company you are searching for. No excessive markup, professional, answers calls, schedules promptly, does what they say they are going to do. Outstanding technicians, install done as soon as equipment was avaialbe.
A&R service is less than professional, I would not recommend to my friends and relatives.
I have the unfortunate experience thru the AHS insurance twice and both are not pleasant.
About six months ago the technician came to my residence for the complaint of asynchrony of the thermostat between the living room and guest bed room whereby the heat kept going up to 90s when the thermostat was set at 80. The guy came twice and basically told me that we had to live with it since it not of the problem of continuous nature( he didn't bother to go up to the attic to check the furnace).
