Beware of Michelle, the scheduling person. She is rude and confrontational. This was the third time I've had to call for them to come back and she argued with me on how many times they were here. Very snippy about my home warranty company not covering the issue. When she started be snippy is when I became snippy back. She needs to take some classes in customer service. I would definitely ask to speak with someone else. Nic the repair guy was very professional and tried his best to fix the problem. Unfortunately the problem is only happening at night.
Jeremiah absolutely exceeded our expectations when repairing our furnace. My husband and I thought he was very knowledgeable and professional. His communication and friendliness will be 100% the reason why we talk so highly about this company! Used these guys to repair our AC unit. Jeremiah arrived on time and immediately went to work troubleshooting our system. He had it diagnosed in know time and the required parts on his truck. Our system is working great. Highly recommend!
