I believe my wife may have posted but I cannot find the post. If I could give negative stars I would. The company was hired for snow removal on my roof last winter. The snow removal was fine. The next day I had a roofer out to find and repair a leak in my roof - the reason I called reliable was to clear snow to find the leak. It is important to note that the roof was installed in 2019 and nobody had been on the roof since the original installation. It is also important to note that we selected reliable because they were licensed bonded and insured and felt confident that they would stand by any work they performed. reliable services came out to de ice roof. a roof if 4 years old. then we had a roof inspection the next day and discover 13,500damages do to their red shovels be ware of hiring this company who does not take responsibility for their actions.
