I called about a French Bulldog mix and left a message. A kind lady returned my call and answered my questions. I was impressed by the courtesy. It appears that they care greatly about their mission to get these dogs adopted.
My grandson and I drove from Dayton, NV, to Incline Village in Nevada , to adopt our new family member. I found the staff to be polite and friendly. They gave me the necessary information for our dog plus extra resources. I had been trying for months on other websites to adopt and never received a call or email regarding the application. I found this wonderful place, and they made it easy for me to adopt. I would highly recommend them.
