I first was made aware of Greenwood Homes when I spent a weekend in a vacation home built by them. I was so impressed by the quality and craftsmanship in the home, I noted the name of the firm when I saw it in the guest binder. A few years later, when it came time to remodel our home, Greenwood Homes was at the top of our list. Kevin was a valuable hands-on resource from the very beginning, when we were just in the blue-sky planning stages. After understanding what our family wanted for the home, and helping us think through options at a strategic level, Kevin even helped us identify our architectural firm. The Greenwood Team performance, from our project manager to the site superintendent to the accounting office, was impeccable and they were all real joy to work with. I felt as though they truly cared about our project from beginning to end. I only wish I had another custom home to build or remodel, because I would love to work with Kevin and his team at Greenwood again.

This letter is to provide a recommendation for Kevin Hanna and his team at Greenwood Homes.Kevin is honest, a good communicator, and works hard to provide an top class service. He is always available and answers the phone to 24/7, which is extremely important. He also is a problem solver and has a strong eye for detail.My wife and I have built two dream homes with Kevin and team - one in Hawaii and one in Lake Tahoe.In our opinion, Kevin and the staff of Greenwood Homes have proven to be an excellent choice. We are extremely pleased with our building experience. We would highly recommend them for building a dream home!

Kevin Hanna and his Greenwood Homes team stepped in to complete our new home construction project when the original builder went bankrupt. We were only one third into the project when Kevin’s team stepped in. I wish we’d started with Greenwood from the beginning - they were professional, perfectionists, great to work with, detail oriented, clean and highly responsive. The home they completed for us is high end, with lots of custom finishes. This team is a “get it right and get it done” kinda group. We’ve built 5 homes, and Kevin’s team was by far the best. Highest recommendation possible.
