Very impressed with this business. I called three places about having my carpet cleaned. Rick was the only one who paid a visit before providing an estimate. His quote was considerably more affordable than the other two. My husband was impressed with how professional and careful he was--placed corner guards, etc. Best of all, the carpet looks great. Rick is great! He is punctual and conscientious about communicating changes. Our floors look terrific and now residue or "crunchy" sounds from the carpet. Will definitely be having him back in the spring!
