Scott and his wife are so dependable and honest - they came back promptly when one spot resurfaced and did an EXCELLENT job making sure a difficult, oily stain went away forever - they saved my carpet! I highly recommend their service - prompt, honest, reasonably priced and guaranteed. You cannot go wrong using the services of this fine business.

Scott and his wife did a wonderful job on our new home with their truck-mount carpet cleaner. The carpets hadn't been cleaned in years and came out great!! They went over several difficult areas quite a few times to get them clean and pretreated some spots which came out perfect. They lent us their large professional fan so we could move it around to dry the carpet more quickly. We were so pleased that the odor from the carpet cleaning solution was SO minimal. In addition, they were so pleasant and professional. They are a joy to have in your home! I would wholeheartedly recommend them!!

Scott and Suzi were responsive and maintained good communication throughout the process from booking to cleaning. They were also flexible to various needs pertaining to the cleaning. PayPal is accepted, which is helpful, as many small businesses around Tahoe do not support online payments. Thumbs up!
