Very disappointing service – sloppy waxing, bad customer service, refusing to refund for computer error. I was the first appointment of the day; I was 5 minutes early and she was 13 minutes late (for a 45-minute appointment) but had time to get a coffee on the way. I had a bikini and eyebrow wax scheduled. Both were sloppy, I had to fix my eyebrows when I got home and had to go to Pretty Kitty to have my bikini wax cleaned-up and shaped properly. There were a lot of hairs remaining and even some patches. This was my first time getting a Brazilian and Vajacial and I had a wonderful experience. Jasmine was very skilled at making the waxing virtually painless and the vajacial was so refreshing afterward. I was very nervous but Jasmine made it a comfortable experience and was very easy/comfy to talk to. The quality of service was absolutely fabulous and I highly recommend her business!
